James holds Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology (York University) and Physical Therapy (U of T).

He is a Certified Athletic Therapist and has completed his certificate in advanced manual and manipulative physiotherapy and is now a resident of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy.

Since graduating, James has taken numerous post graduate courses including a special interest in Acupuncture. He holds the CAFCI designation- (certified by Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute).

James has experience in orthopedic injuries and specializes in sports injuries. He has worked with AAA hockey in the GTHL, and has been on the host medical staff for the Ontario Summer Games, Ontario Winter Games, World Transplant Games, Ontario Paralympic Games, World Paralympic Track and Field Championships, and Canadian Junior National Figure Skating Coverage.

James lives in Mississauga with his wife and two children.
