Asya is a Registered Physiotherapist with a true passion for helping people. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto where she completed the Masters of Science in Physical Therapy Degree. Prior to this, she obtained the Honours Bachelor of Science Degree with Biology and Psychology majors.

Asya is dedicated to life-long learning and continuing education and has completed numerous post-professional courses, including myofascial release, K-taping, sports taping, Lynn Watson’s shoulder course, vestibular rehabilitation and pelvic health training. Asya has completed her post-professional Diploma in Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and is a Fellow of Canadian Academy of Manual Physiotherapy.

Asya expertise is in treating multiple musculoskeletal conditions in a wide variety of clients, regardless of age and level of athletic ability. Her comprehensive approach to care incorporates a hands-on approach, an individualized muscle-retraining program, and education to empower her clients. She has much success rehabilitating clients and empowering them to be active participants in their own recovery.

In her free time, Asya enjoys leading an active lifestyle that involves rock-climbing, Pilates, and swimming lessons. She also enjoys listening to music, reading in English and Russian, and watching soccer.
