Brendan is an experienced Physiotherapist with a commitment to addressing client’s physical restrictions and pain problems.  He is a graduate from the University of Toronto earning his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy.  Prior to his Masters degree, Brendan completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.

Brendan is committed to lifelong learning and continues to pursue studies in orthopaedic manual therapy and acupuncture/dry needling.  He has completed coursework in the manual therapy, advanced treatment of the shoulder, and acupuncture. He is actively working towards achieving his Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and subsequently become a CAMPT Certified Physiotherapist with the Canadian Academy of Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy.

Brendan’s treatment approach combines hand-on manual therapy with individualized and targeted exercise as well as fostering client independence through home education strategies.  He has helped clients recover from various injuries or pain problems including back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee or ankle related regions of the body.

Brendan enjoys being active, and is an avid runner, cyclist, weight lifter, and canoeist. He has volunteered as a swim instructor for children with disabilities, and with elderly clients in hospital settings. He also enjoys participating in soccer, hockey, and dragon boat activities.
