Michelle is a very experienced musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and a highly qualified pelvic health Physiotherapist.  Michelle graduated from Queens University with a Masters of Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 2012. Prior to that, she attended Lakehead University, where she attained an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology. Since the beginning of her physiotherapy career, Michelle has been driven to excel in her professional development.  She has continued her physiotherapy education with a special focus in pelvic health.  After completing significant training, Michelle now acts as a Lab Instructor for Pelvic Health Solutions, dedicated to educating physiotherapists about pelvic health.

Michelle has completed of her Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and is a CAMPT Certified Physiotherapist with the Canadian Academy of Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy.

Michelle has vast experience in treating both orthopaedic and pelvic health related pain.  She recognizes the need for a thorough diagnosis and treatment whether it is an orthopaedic concern or various pelvic health concerns (males and females). As such, she has dedicated a good portion of her practice to providing quality care for this population.

Michelle’s drive to become a Physiotherapist stemmed from her experiences with sport related injuries as a youth, seeing first-hand the impact physiotherapy can have. Since then, Michelle has maintained a passion for the physiotherapy profession.  When not working, Michelle can be found enjoying the great outdoors alongside her husband, her daughter Leonie, and their dog.
